EHD4-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHD4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,178 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD4-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHD4, RASIP1, and NARS2. Each is linked with EHD4-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-EHD4-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EHD4-AS1 versus EHD4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHD4-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHD4-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
