EHD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO1, ZFYVE19, and CNTROB. Each is linked with EHD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD3-to-partner and partner-to-EHD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO1 grouped by EHD3-low versus EHD3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
