Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EHBP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EHBP1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher EHBP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EHBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where EHBP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
