EGR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EGR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM47B, RND2, and TCF15. Each is linked with EGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR3-to-partner and partner-to-EGR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM47B grouped by EGR3-low versus EGR3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
