EGR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOMER1, DEPDC1, and SLC25A40. Each is linked with EGR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR1-to-partner and partner-to-EGR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOMER1 grouped by EGR1-low versus EGR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
