Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EGLN3P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EGLN3P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher EGLN3P1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EGLN3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

STAD, HNSC, and DLBC are the cancer types where EGLN3P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
