EGLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and STAT5a. Each is linked with EGLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGLN1-to-partner and partner-to-EGLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by EGLN1-low versus EGLN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
