EGFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EGFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,327 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKFY1, SHROOM3, and ZNF837. Each is linked with EGFR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFR-to-partner and partner-to-EGFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKFY1 grouped by EGFR-low versus EGFR-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
