EGFLAM-AS4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGFLAM-AS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFLAM-AS4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, PLVAP, and CPXM1. Each is linked with EGFLAM-AS4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFLAM-AS4-to-partner and partner-to-EGFLAM-AS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EGFLAM-AS4 versus C1R in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFLAM-AS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFLAM-AS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
