Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EGFEM1P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EGFEM1P data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher EGFEM1P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EGFEM1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THYM are the cancer types where EGFEM1P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
