EGF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, C1orf189, and PDCL2. Each is linked with EGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGF-to-partner and partner-to-EGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC1 grouped by EGF-low versus EGF-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
