EFR3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFR3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,130 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFR3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYRIB, STK3, and YTHDF3. Each is linked with EFR3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFR3A-to-partner and partner-to-EFR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFR3A versus CYRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
