Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,276 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFNA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01950, TJP3, and LINC01793. Each is linked with EFNA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA5-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
