EFNA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 318 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFNA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18CP7, RN7SL118P, and BSN-AS1. Each is linked with EFNA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA4-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18CP7 grouped by EFNA4-low versus EFNA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
