EFNA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFNA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBX1P1, HPRT1P3, and OR4V1P. Each is linked with EFNA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA3-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBX1P1 grouped by EFNA3-low versus EFNA3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
