Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM177A1P1, RNU6-380P, and OR5D2P. Each is linked with EFNA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA1-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM177A1P1 grouped by EFNA1-low versus EFNA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
