EFL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,552 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARIH1, ZNF609, and DCTPP1. Each is linked with EFL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFL1-to-partner and partner-to-EFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFL1 versus ARIH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
