EFL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS8, RBX1, and PCGF1. Each is linked with EFL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFL1-to-partner and partner-to-EFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAUS8 grouped by EFL1-low versus EFL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
