Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,478 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of heterochromatin organization, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, and RNA import into nucleus. Each is linked with EFL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFL1-to-partner and partner-to-EFL1 results are reported.
