EFL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 361 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK16, GLT6D1, and FAM24A. Each is linked with EFL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFL1-to-partner and partner-to-EFL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK16 grouped by EFL1-low versus EFL1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
