EFEMP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFEMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,907 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFEMP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D2B, VCL, and RSU1. Each is linked with EFEMP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-EFEMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFEMP1 versus TBC1D2B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFEMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFEMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
