Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFEMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,736 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFEMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, LTBP2, and COL8A1. Each is linked with EFEMP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-EFEMP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFEMP1 versus MGP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFEMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFEMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
