Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFEMP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,207 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFEMP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-embryonic eye morphogenesis, Positive regulation of intracellular protein transport, and Symbiont entry into host. Each is linked with EFEMP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFEMP1-to-partner and partner-to-EFEMP1 results are reported.
