EFCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP181, RNU7-95P, and PHKG1P2. Each is linked with EFCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCC1-to-partner and partner-to-EFCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP181 grouped by EFCC1-low versus EFCC1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
