EFCAB14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFCAB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,151 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMPK1, ZYG11B, and MIGA1. Each is linked with EFCAB14 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB14-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB14 versus CMPK1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
