EFCAB13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,982 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT74, ANKRD22, and LARP4B. Each is linked with EFCAB13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB13-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB13 versus IFT74 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB13→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
