EFCAB13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB13-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, INPP4B, and eIF4G. Each is linked with EFCAB13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB13-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by EFCAB13-low versus EFCAB13-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB13→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
