EFCAB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,284 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH4A, CFAP58, and CDHR3. Each is linked with EFCAB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB1-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB1 versus RSPH4A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
