EFCAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFCAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFCAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with EFCAB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB1-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by EFCAB1-low versus EFCAB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFCAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFCAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
