The most reproducible EFCAB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, and Maintenance of location in cell. Each is linked with EFCAB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFCAB1-to-partner and partner-to-EFCAB1 results are reported.
