EEPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51C, LIN7C, and TEX30. Each is linked with EEPD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEPD1-to-partner and partner-to-EEPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51C grouped by EEPD1-low versus EEPD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
