EEPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, USP29, and CCDC172. Each is linked with EEPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEPD1-to-partner and partner-to-EEPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HHLA1 grouped by EEPD1-low versus EEPD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
