EEFSEC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEFSEC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,667 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEFSEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBA5, ARMC8, and UMPS. Each is linked with EEFSEC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEFSEC-to-partner and partner-to-EEFSEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EEFSEC versus UBA5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEFSEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEFSEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
