EEFSEC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EEFSEC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EEFSEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100G, TFDP3, and SPINK9. Each is linked with EEFSEC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEFSEC-to-partner and partner-to-EEFSEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S100G grouped by EEFSEC-low versus EEFSEC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEFSEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEFSEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
