Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF1E1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,997 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACR1, HSPA12B, and WTIP. Each is linked with EEF1E1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1E1-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1E1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1 versus TACR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EEF1E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EEF1E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
