Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,267 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1E1-BLOC1S5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Autophagosome organization. Each is linked with EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1E1-BLOC1S5-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening grouped by EEF1E1-BLOC1S5-low versus EEF1E1-BLOC1S5-high in KIRP.
