Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EEF1A1P20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EEF1A1P20 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher EEF1A1P20 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1A1P20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and THCA show a favorable association.
