Across TCGA patient cohorts, EEF1A1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,359 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EEF1A1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with EEF1A1P2 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EEF1A1P2-to-partner and partner-to-EEF1A1P2 results are reported.
