Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EEF1A1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EEF1A1P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher EEF1A1P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EEF1A1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

STAD, THCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where EEF1A1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
