EED

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EED mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EED-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3Y1, TUBB1P1, and HMGB3P3. Each is linked with EED in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EED-to-partner and partner-to-EED results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3Y1 grouped by EED-low versus EED-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EED→partner) and Y-score (partner→EED) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
