Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EDRF1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EDRF1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher EDRF1-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EDRF1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.

KIRC, LGG, and MESO are the cancer types where EDRF1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
