EDNRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDNRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDNRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNM, PLVAP, and PRKG1. Each is linked with EDNRB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDNRB-to-partner and partner-to-EDNRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDNRB versus SYNM in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDNRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDNRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
