Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EDNRB-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EDNRB-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher EDNRB-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EDNRB-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and BRCA show a favorable association.

CHOL, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where EDNRB-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
