EDNRA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDNRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,608 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDNRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, SRPX2, and ILK. Each is linked with EDNRA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDNRA-to-partner and partner-to-EDNRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDNRA versus RSU1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDNRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDNRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
