EDNRA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDNRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,799 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDNRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP120, LAMTOR3, and EIF4G2. Each is linked with EDNRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDNRA-to-partner and partner-to-EDNRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDNRA versus CEP120 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDNRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDNRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
