EDNRA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDNRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,462 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDNRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEM1AP1, RNU6-1170P, and TRAPPC2L. Each is linked with EDNRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDNRA-to-partner and partner-to-EDNRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEM1AP1 grouped by EDNRA-low versus EDNRA-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDNRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDNRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
