EDN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 135 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM41AY1, MTND5P27, and OR11I1P. Each is linked with EDN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDN2-to-partner and partner-to-EDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM41AY1 grouped by EDN2-low versus EDN2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
