EDIL3-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDIL3-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,518 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDIL3-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, PLXDC2, and COL5A1. Each is linked with EDIL3-DT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDIL3-DT-to-partner and partner-to-EDIL3-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDIL3-DT versus ISLR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDIL3-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDIL3-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
