Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EDIL3-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EDIL3-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher EDIL3-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EDIL3-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and LGG show a favorable association.

MESO, STAD, and KIRP are the cancer types where EDIL3-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
