EDEM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDEM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,485 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, SNRPD1, and RRM1. Each is linked with EDEM3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM3-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by EDEM3-low versus EDEM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
